iritated at starbucks right now
Just got back from going to Starbucks to get my coffee. This is the second time that I have gone through the drive-thru only to start driving away and realize that the drink isn't right. Having my 1 year old daughter in the car, I pulled into a parking spot and looked on the receipt to get the phone number to call.... when I found no phone number I remembered another time this had happened when she was just a few months old. Seriously people!!!! Are you trying to hide from somebody? What kind of company doesn't put the phone number on the receipt? So since it doesn't make sense for me to get her out and go in to get my drink fixed. I had to deal with the crap coffee.... hoping it's half decaf like I had ordered as I am pregnant and not supposed to be loading up on caffeine. So now I get to call corporate and tell them again how stupid this is. So happy to be a "loyal" Starbucks card/visa holder. You send me free coffee as a thank you for having/using your rewards card.... can you try getting the basics right before I trade it in for an airline miles card or something?
